Yoga at The ROOF By The 1040 in Sofitel Brussels Europe @ Place Jourdan

Take your practice outside for a 60 minute vinyasa flow overlooking Place Jourdan—moving with your breath, the warmth of the sun, and a little more open space around you.
Expect a feel-good, dynamic flow that builds gradually, with room to play, explore, maybe wobble a little—and leave feeling light, open, and very much in a spring mood.
This class runs on a donation basis, with a suggested €8-€10 contribution.
Mat and towel are provided. Places are limited, so booking ahead is best.
After savasana, we’ll stay a little longer to connect and ease back into the day with light refreshments.
