50-Hour Yin Yoga Training – Unlock the Wisdom of Yin through TCM.

Discover the deeper side of Yin Yoga in this 50-hour immersive training, guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. Unlike typical Yin trainings, this course helps you understand how Qi energy flows through the body, the yin-yang balance, and the meridian system, so you can practice and teach with intention and insight.


Through a mix of mindful Yin sequences, anatomy, meditation, and TCM theory, you’ll learn to:

  • Sequence your practice to harmonize energy and release tension.
  • Explore long-held postures with deeper awareness and ease.
  • Connect the subtle energetic body to physical practice.
