Beyond the Pose: Yoga Philosophy & Alignment

Yoga is more than shapes on a mat or... instagram pose. Behind every asana is a tradition of philosophy and wisdom that brings meaning to the practice. In this 3 -hour workshop, we’ll explore yoga philosophy in a down-to-earth way and weave it into our time on the mat.
We’ll also slow down and dive into alignment, so each pose feels steady, safe, and spacious. Alignment isn’t about perfection — it’s about protecting your joints, preventing injuries, and creating more ease in your body, understanding what works for you.
By blending philosophy with alignment, you’ll see your practice in a new light — not just as exercise, but as a tool for awareness, resilience, and balance. You’ll leave with insights you can use in any class and a deeper connection to your yoga journey.
